New Insights Mean Better List
We are into the second month of 2018, how are you doing on setting up and following through on your marketing schedule? Have you made your list? (Things you have to do? Things you want to do? Things you will do? ) Are you following through with your short-term task to reach your long-term goals? Do you plan out what your next steps are or are you winging it?
List, plans and yes even spreadsheets can help you stay on track with your goals. They can keep you focused on what you need to do and what order it needs to be completed. You can often overwhelm yourself if you try and do too many things at once, list help, especially those that continually evolve.
Personalized Marketing Inc is making such a list for not just our clients but also for the company. We are proud to say that we put the clients first but that can often mean that we do not always work on our own marketing efforts. That is changing; this blog series and other postings are a part of that. Another mark in this change is our new Manager, Cindy. Just as we tell our clients if you need help ask for it, Cindy is the missing element Personalized Marketing Inc needed to move forward in 2018. She brings with her not just an understanding of relationships between businesses and clients but also planning, preparation and has a skill set that compliments those individuals around her. She gives a new insight into not just Personalized Marketing Inc but that of our clients as well.
To continually move forward, you have to have new insight when you look at your current and future goals. You should get your marketing plan, website, social networks analyzed and see where there is potential growth or changes needing to be made. As with any project you need to have an extra set of eyes to step in and evaluate what you have done so far. If you are like some, including PM Inc, you may have goals that are outdated and should be changed. One example of a place that change should take place is your ‘About section’ on your website and social networks. Does what you have written there still ring true? Is your header current or outdated? Do you have your most recent products or skills listed?
Marketing is more than just putting content out on social networks. It is also the content on those networks, it is the content people can find about you, wherever they find it. Marketing is a combined effort pulling in Search Engine Optimization, Search Engine Marketing, and Social Site Marketing while analyzing your demographics and really understanding who your people are. It’s not too late to improve your marketing efforts or get your list written out.
